Juice Adventure - Chula Vista

I rushed back inside and asked Alissa whether the smoothie was made with whole milk or cream. She confirmed it had dairy, so I informed her of my allergy and requested a remake using oat milk. She mentioned there would be a slight price difference. I returned to my car to retrieve my phone, and when I came back, I was surprised to see a charge for a completely new smoothie on the screen. Confused, I asked her to clarify, hoping to give her the benefit of the doubt. However, her next words shocked me and ensured that I would never recommend this place again. Alissa said I would have to accept it because she wanted to go home. I was appalled that she was more eager to leave than to address the issue, especially given the amount I had already paid. Despite my offer to pay the small difference for the oat milk, she refused to take responsibility. When I requested to speak to her manager, she rudely informed me that the manager was not there. If I weren’t a new mother who was already shocked, insulted, and in disbelief, I might have waited for her to call her manager or even contemplated calling the authorities. I have never felt so disrespected by a place I often frequent. I’ve shared this experience with many people, including my family, who now refuse to set foot in Juice Adventures. We live nearby and used to order regularly, but since that terrible experience, I choose to go to Juice on India Road in the city instead. Their service is exceptional, the employees genuinely want to work there, and the customer service is top-notch. My final words to Alissa were that the customer is always right in business, and if I had made a mistake with my order, I would certainly acknowledge it, especially knowing I have a serious allergy. A little courtesy and a willingness to make things right would go a long way. Instead, her response displayed a lack of responsibility, which was beyond frustrating. Thank you for the treatment, Alissa. As a new Black mother, I sincerely hope you consider how you treat your customers. P.S. It took me a while to write this review because I really didn't want to leave a negative comment for a place I loved since moving here, and, honestly, I'm extremely busy.

The restaurant is wonderful and offers an excellent variety of juices. I would love to see more options similar to Juice Sky when they take my order.

The sandwiches and smoothies here are amazing! Everything is incredibly fresh, and the staff is consistently friendly. I absolutely love this place!

Was looking for a good smoothie and this place showed up on yelp. Got the açaí bowl and a green juice. Both were really good. Would recommended if you're in the area.

Sandwiches are so good and healthy ! I love also the smoothies ! Lunch special is always a good deal !
