Very polite and professional staff, especially the cashier.

I'm sorry to say that the manager was a bit rude and the staff when I asked for help. The only one that was kind to me was a young man who was busy cleaning. He was polite and helpful, possibly in his teens or twenties. The manager had sent a young girl who must be in high school still to take an order out and a little too much drama, and there was a lot of talking back and forth. That was not very professional, in my opinion. Although the place was clean, I gave it a thumbs up for that one. My food was good, and I thank the young man for his help.

They implemented AI to the drive thru or at least just the artificial voice. Honestly this makes my experience (personally) way better because it's easier to interact with since you can always understand what it says.The food it's always good here, I haven't had any issue with my food and I've been going to this place for three years now.Carl's Jr it's a bit pricey than other burger fast food chains but it is always my first option since I believe the flavor it's just better.My way to go choice is a Double Guacamole Bacon.

Me and My dad went to Carl Jr we sat down and saw that the seat was ripped open so we sat down the food was terrible the fries were hard and old, my dad ordered 2 cheese burger combos , the burger wasn't fresh it was dry.

Love this place burgers are always made to order hot and fresh as well of the fries very crispy this people are very attentive. Great service they take food to your table and the bathroom is really kept clean milkshakes are
