Bento Noodles Eastlake - Chula Vista

Came to eat here with my family just to be given the worst service. For one the restaurant was EMPTY. We ordered our food and some of our food took over 45 mins to be served. We kept being told ? a couple of more minutes? we finally all finished eatingthe small amount of food that was given to us but we were ready to leave. NO ONE checked in on us. The food being brought outlate isn?t the servers fault but upon asking him to speak to a manager. THE MANAGER rejected that, as I said it was empty. Thenwe were told we still have to pay for the food that still hadn?t come out because we were tired of waiting. After paying what weDID eat they brought out the rest of the food but we were already at the front door, they noticed we were leaving when I tellyou they did the most dramatic take back ever, good to know they threw perfectly good food away to make there petty point. Iasked for the managers name and I was given 3-4 different names while I asked other workers. So to make the review more specificso you may find out what the manager who was really working that day. This occurred Sunday Oct. 23 2020 at 4pm-5pm these are thenames I was given for the manager and I?m sure there all fake sandy , Jennifer , Danika

Careful when you order To-Go, some of them don't know what they are doing even charged us twice and the girl didn't even care . Good food tho

Really nice place. Felt clean, fresh, and comfortable. Sushi was really good. Nothing too special but definitely worth a try. The pork chops in ramen were really tasty. Ramen was delicious.

Great place to eat, food is very good and fresh, staff is very friendly plus excellent prices. Their garlic ramen noodles is the bomb. Salt pepper chicken wings are good sorry i ate them before getting a picture lol. Overall great place for dinner or lunchdates or family night.

While the delay in the food was not the server's fault, I requested to speak with a manager to address our concerns. However, the manager refused to come over, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. To make matters worse, we were told we still had to pay for the food that hadn’t arrived because we were tired of waiting. After paying for our meals, the rest of the food was finally brought out, but by then, we were already at the front door. The staff noticed we were leaving, and I expressed my disappointment at how they wasted perfectly good food. When I inquired about the manager's name, I received 3-4 different names from various employees, which felt very unprofessional. To provide an accurate review, I recommend checking who the actual manager was on that day, Sunday, October 23, 2020, between 4 PM and 5 PM. The names I received were Jennifer and Danika, but I'm not confident these are accurate.
