This restaurant is the only place on St. Croix that offers 100% dedicated gluten-free food, and it’s absolutely delicious. The chef and owner are friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall great experience. The restaurant is located on the second floor, featuring air conditioning and three tables for dine-in or takeout. They have a set menu along with a rotating menu that includes both protein and vegan options, as well as various sides. You choose a protein and four sides, and the food is well-seasoned and flavorful, with generous portions. At the time of this review, the restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 12 PM to 9 PM, but it’s best to call ahead at 340-473-7373 to confirm.

Definitely give it a try! It's safe for those with celiac disease and incredibly tasty. I loved the tuna bowl. I had a wonderful lunch there one day, and later ordered it as takeout for our travel day at the airport. (Just a heads up: the airport doesn't offer any gluten-free options.)

This restaurant was a bit difficult to locate, but the food was incredible. We ordered the mahi served with rice, black beans, lentil balls, and curry coconut cabbage, along with BBQ tofu paired with rice, black beans, green salad, and lentil balls. We also added a side of plantains. Everything was fantastic and prepared fresh to order. If you’re in the area, you should definitely give it a try. The portion sizes are generous!

Hidden Gem! Celiac safe-dedicated pans and kitchen space not to mention incredible food!

This place is a true paradise for those with celiac disease! I have severe celiac, and not only did I enjoy the best tuna I've ever had on St. Croix, but I also didn't get glutened (sick). I even tried delicious lentil balls for the first time in my life. Go ahead and visit—you won't be disappointed!
