Lovely room and very helpful friendly professional service, food was all good.

Although the food was good, the service and atmosphere were very much lacking. The background music kept changing from one theme to another, none befitting the meal. Service was ok, but not outstanding, and rather than leave a jug of water on the table, we had to keep asking for a refill, which was annoying. Needs to improve, badly.

The dinner was absolutely delicious, service was very attentive. Two things affected the ratings for ambience firstly the background music was too loud for comfortable conversation and secondly the child friendly aspect. I didn't expect there to be children in pushchairs in the restaurant at 8pm. It's good for parents but not so much for other diners.

Food was very good, service was quite slow once it go busy, felt a bit like we had been forgotton. Very hot in the restaurant!
