Sushi Soldier - Christchurch

Tonkotsu wheels were amazing! the broth was probably the best thing I had, rich and tasteful. Perfectly seasoned and all tastes just went wonderfully together. I have been spoiled for ramen and is pressed hard to find something so good.

Decided to go here for lunch as I had a real taste for Japanese. I wasn’t disappointed. Great range of food on the menu, so I went with the karaage rice bowl which also came with a salad. Everything tasted fresh and the chicken had a nice flavour. Serving size was actually quite large and I struggled to get through it all. Customer service was good without being amazing. Pricing was on par with most local restaurants.

The BEST salmon that I have had in a long time. Absolutely beautiful meal. The chicken katsu was delicious
