St Pierre's Sushi Bento Bowl

I purchased Inari, 2 pieces, supposedly a tofu casing filled with avocado and rice. When I went to eat it at home, turns out the filling was rice only. Hardly a taste sensation. Certainly not worth paying for. I gave it to the dog.

I had a beautiful katsu curry and two pieces of salmon sushi. For each bite, I could not figure out what I wanted to have next. SO GOOD.

Food is good. Ordered udon a couple of times. Some bits are undercooked. Flavour is tasty and I love the fried chicken fillet that comes with it.

Not bad but definitely not the best St Pierre's in Christchurch. Staff seem up tight and not very friendly. Usually busy. Plenty of parking. Plenty of sushi to choose from.

I stopped by on Saturday around noon to grab some takeout—specifically the seafood sushi of the day and a miso soup for my partner and me. Unfortunately, about six hours later, I started feeling unwell, experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. A few hours after that, my partner also fell ill. I'm curious if any other customers had similar problems today, as it seems there might be an issue with cross-contamination. I won't be returning to this place again.
