Mcdonalds Yaldhurst - Christchurch

Burger was dry. Wrap was not great. Chips soggy. Dirty toilets tables and floor in the restaurant. Not great as there were staff available to tackle these tasks

Slow staff got food home lettuce in both my burgers was brown and slimy was f...... Discusting!! Went back got new burgers but total time for the whole thing was about an hour and a half the wait was the worst and it's ment to be FAST food. Do not recommend this mc Donald's at all!!!!

Yaldhurst Maccas is probably the most disorganised badly run restaurant I have been to. Expect to wait 20 minutes, clean your own table, don't get a docket as the machine has run out check your order as there is usually something missing.

We take the grandkids here quite often, the food is generally very good, the service is okay but they never give you napkins with your dine in order, the atmosphere is good with play area for the kids but overall the place is always dirty, including the floors, windows and tables, rubbish bins overflowing etc, a big clean would do wonders.

Went in for an iced coffee, couldn't get one as McCafé had just closed, that's ok, grab a meal, spent 25 minutes in drive through waiting for the food along with many other customers and then when I finally got the meal, the chips were ice cold and the burger patty (mcspicey) had been over cooked, and was dry, chewy and also cold. It's bad when the best part of your meal was the coke.
