Seafood chowder was delicious and filling! Salmon croquettes tastes like black and gold fish fingers... I think the dipping sauce needed a pack a little more punch.. maybe some wasabi in it. Steak was delicious and cooked exactly the way we wanted. Drinks were very slow... I suggest ordering a bottle and keeping it at the table to avoid being stuck with an empty water and wine glass. Amazing view to Victoria Park... definitely book a table and request a window seat. Gorgeous interior too! Very nice fit out.

The food was lovely and the service pleasant and efficient. The restaurant was too cold for our comfort.

Great wait staff, nice ambiance. Food was good but dessert options a little disappointing being very similar Brulee/ ice cream/ pannacotta. Ice cream dish needed a crunch element, Brulee wasn 't really set. Salmon main course was very nice. Slightly disappointing to find that a dessert option, wine option and an element on the salmon dish were all not available. The wine options have a very high mark up when you compare what they can be bought for retail at an outlet. Overall a 'good ' experience.

What a lovely restaurant in a beautiful hotel. Very good service in the restaurant, we enjoyed the blue cod, nicely cooked and presented. The wait staff were very professional

Food was amazing!!!! Took a long time to get seated but worth the wait. The vegetarian food choices was the best I’ve seen in a chch restaurant. It’s really hard to good options that are appealing but what I ate was fantastic! Best meal in a long time On another occasion I did have a high tea but it wasn’t very good, food was boring
