Jaba Grill And - Christchurch

Unfortunately one of the worst steaks I ever had. So many herbs that it was difficult to taste that it was a steak. Furthermore the carrots just tasted like honey. Therefore definitely too expensive! For me unfortunately the first and last time here!

Steak was absolutely lovely, and managed to get a last minute 6pm booking on a Saturday night. Food was very nice, but service was a little sporadic. We were checked on sometimes by 3-4 different people who asked the same questions, but always friendly. Front door was VERY hard to open on arrival and I couldn't figure out how to get in initially, as did the person I met for the meal.Brownie for dessert was acceptable, but I would just stick to the mains.

Great atmosphere and amazing staff~ The mocktails we had were delicious and the bone marrow with bread was amazing The T-bone and eye fillet steaks we had were okay but not worth the $40~ each we spent. Lovely presentation though, just be prepared to spend a lot of money

A must visit when in Christchurch. The best food and the best service.
