Burger Burger - Christchurch

Ponsonby Burger Burger is hands down the top burger joint in New Zealand! The staff is fantastic and accommodating, and the food is consistently delicious. I highly recommend trying the kids' meals as well.

I was in Auckland for the weekend and visited Ponsonby. Although I wasn't very hungry, my partner ordered a burger and we also shared some delicious popcorn chicken. After taking a taste of his Ole Smokey burger, I realized I had made a mistake by not ordering one for myself. It was the best burger I've ever had, with incredible BBQ sauce and aioli. Before leaving, we made sure to stop at the Newmarket location so I could get my own Ole Smokey burger. It was amazing! I believe you should consider opening a location in Queenstown as well!

The broccoli is incredible, and the pork burger and chicken taco are a must-try. If you're feeling adventurous, add some bacon too. It's always a great time enjoying a delicious burger here!

Great burgers and excellent service. Impressed with the lovely bathroom, they even provide a full change table (which was ideal, as we were dining with a 3 month old). I would highly recommend for a low key meal out. The salted caramel ice cream was delicious!
