Steki Taverna - Chrisi Akti

This was our dinner restaurant for every evening we spent in Thassos. We simply could not find any reason to go somewhere else. The food, location and staff were perfect here.

For me this was the best tavern I tried in Thasos. Went here several times and the food was really tasty and not too oily (compared to other places in Greece)

Tasty food. Love it. The chill Thassos is also there as also the people have this nice way of being. The food is also good and has a playground for kids. The grapes covering the terrace were almos ripe.

Considering the high ratings and recommendations I expected better. Serving was slow, they need more staff. Food was OK, but be aware that some options may contain cheese even if it is not mentioned on the menu (ie. Tomato soup). Also food was too salty for our taste, but many like it that way.

Tasty food, fair prices, very nice owner and ready to please you. The pleasant atmosphere under the shady canopy of vines.
