Birkacre Garden Centre - Chorley

The caffe is a great little sound. I had the burger with chips that were beautiful. my mother had the cake of the day with kartoffeln and not sure whether the torte microwaves had been, as she said, that the baked had gone chew. the filling and the rest of the meal was really good. good friendly service beautiful environment, bet, it is nice in summer sat out of the back. small aero cheesecake was maybe a bit too small. will definitely return and try some other things. Too bad that the cake case was chewing would have been 5 stars.

If you enjoy a garden centre with an awesome cafe and a quaint (albeit not cheap) selection of shops selling stuff by local artists you'll love Birkacre! There's a wide selection of plants, trees, flowers, some herbs. Inside you'll also find wood carved sculptures and things, as well as bird food and well, much more accoutrements for tending to the garden or changing its aesthetic. I like the cafe at Birkacre. The goods great, the service is good and the serving staff are on it. There's a comfortable distance between tables and ample seating. Happily my dogs welcome too! There's enough parking for everyone and wheelchair access throughout the store. If you can pop down to the road to Yarrow Country Park beforehand for a pleasant stroll in nature. Good way to build up an appetite too.

This is a lovely cafe with a great selection of cakes. There’s a simple breakfast menu, and the full fry up was perfect. The poached eggs and salmon was a little bit of a let down, with not much salmon and over cooked eggs on limp toast. Great coffee, and great service though. Looking forward to trying some of their other offerings.

Very welcoming staff, the menu is varied with excellent choices available, sometimes a short wait but well worth it.

Went for lunch with a friend. Very enjoyable, food excellent as always. Recommend booking a table as it is always busy. Had a browse round the garden centre whilst there.
