Rincón Típico Carmita - Chongon

I ordered a fried dish with orange juice. The chifles were crispy, the fried was passed out of salt which combined very well with the other ingredients that did not have so much salt (mote, choclo, yuca). In addition they gave me a sauce similar to the pico de gallo. When I'm near the aurora, I come to Carmita for breakfast.

Excellent... and the chicken dry riquisimo... the coke tail at an exquisite freezing point
