Ribs & Burgers - Chippendale

Ribs and Burgers is a chain of restaurants and we visited the store in Central Park, ChippendaleThe store is on the bottom level food precinct.

I gave 3 stars because the branch at the Central Park has no AC!! And it was hot day today... Didn't enjoy eating inside the shop.

Came here and expected good food, but had a pretty bad experience. We ordered a dinosaur-full rack and onion rings. The taste of the ribs and the sauce, however, was good, the size of the "full rack" looked more like a half rack (4 ribs). It was hardly even 1 serving size for an adult. We wanted to clarify with the manager if it was a full rack. She seemed to be rude and repellent while indicating her uncertainty about the size. After checking the menu, she then recognized that it was indeed a full rack. She still reassured us that it was the decision of the main offices to make the complete racks so great. Grief Grief In addition, the onion rings were terrible, they were single onions of onions in dough and fried. It was terribly oily, just eating a few sledges felt sick. Definitely not come back. Would the ribs only recommend from this place to someone who has a tiny stomach and has a lot of money to burn.

Loved the food. Everything was filled. Burger were delicious and juicy. The fries were crispy and perfect. My only negative feedback was the onion rings too oily. Others then that would definitely come back.
