Mcdonald's - Chipley

Went through drive thru, server emma was nice, but my fish sandwich had a 1/16th slice of cheese , the tartar wasn’t even on my food , and the top bun was upside down. I wish eternal damnation on whoever made this blasphemy

Stopped to get a cup of coffee. Waited 2 to 3 minutes for someone to come to counter. There were several others waiting. Finally ordered coffee. Fifteen minutes later I asked the counter person about my coffee. Since I was last man standing, they finally got it. It never showed up on board which showed order numbers being served. This is a constant problem with this McDonald's located on Northside Ross Clark Circle. #10439

Rude staff when using the drive thru. Always ask you to pull around.

This McDonald's in Chipley has become straight trash. The people are rude, the food is never right. Costa has to do something about it.

McDonalds used to be affordable, with friendly employees, and clean eating areas. This McDonalds, the girl that took my order was new but very pleasant. She was doing her best to complete the ordering process but accidentally chose a medium shake instead of the large shake I ordered. When I got the order, I mentioned that I had ordered a large shake and the girl who took order agreed. The manager person on duty was like you only paid for a medium. I said ok but I ordered a large. I was totally willing to pay the difference but she was like well I will give you a large this time but you only paid for a medium and she said it with attitude. At that point there was no way I was paying anymore. Her attitude hit me wrong., and did not put a good light on her. Then we go to sit down and eat and the dining area was filthy. Props to the new girl, she did her best for her first day on first ever job.
