St. Irene Tavern - Chios

Astonishing place away from the beaten. we came with the children, low expectations and very hungry. so a wonderful restaurant with friendly service and a lot of great home made eating!

The most beautiful place I've ever been when they think they're in a magical world, it can be seen from the photo (not filter). the owners are so hospitable that they feel them as they are home. the food is prepared by mama aggela, which will always give them the warmth of the kitchen of her mother, and if they are not Greek, then they will understand what Greek cuisine means, they also have the animals that also play their rolls, they are so sweet, there are awake on their table, so no one disturbs them there their vacuum cleaner thinking if something falls beautiful, they will eat (they will eat)

If they are looking for delicious food with reasonable trips along with beautiful sunset, they should be here. the tables are next to a beautiful beach. I tried sardelle, fava, vegeterian meatballs and garnelen saganaki. all were delicious. personal is very friendly and service was really fast. totally recommended.

Great taverne on the beach of agia eirini. the owners are very friendly and always eager to commit them. amazing recipes very clean kitchen. the menu contains everything from seafood to grilled meat, but it would be a shame to visit a coastal pan and not to taste the fresh fish and garnel.

Beautiful site, fabulous fresh food, and friendly environment. They treated us like old friends and we stayed there most of the day. Highly recommend! They even had kayaks for guests. Great swimming, but watch out for sea urchins!
