Food is clean,tasty and hygienically prepared. The Chef Mr Raju is excellent. Stewards,Servers and Cleaners have over-lapping responsibilities and couldnot justify their confling roles,though. Tipping is strictly not allowed but that duscourages the servers. Paying bills is restricted to the owner cum cashier and it's inconvenient. Place and atmosphere is ambient with wash room facilities but a bit congested. Pricing is very reasonable but quantity is felt to be quite lesser than expectable. Both price and quantity can be increased. Cutlery,Plates,Spoons,Gkasses/Tumblers and related paraphernalia need to be improved. The moulded furniture/tables and chairs need to be replaced by more sturdy and convenient ones. Staff need to be increases for better hospitality and time management because time taken in longer than bearable. Nice place to visit. Even tough the place is tiny, its well arranged. Its just above sai super market. People can celebrate birthday parties here for FREE OF COST(only for food its charged). Even the birthday person get complimentary goodies too. Only vegetarian snacks chinese starters are available. Apart from that chocolates,icecream,falooda soft drinks available.
