Starbucks - Chino

This is the only Starbucks I’ve gone to that doesn’t allow customers to use the restroom. It also has a horrible atmosphere since there are no seating areas inside. And to add more fuel to the fire the employee who took my order wrote it down wrong she gave me a hot drink when I asked for ice. I understand we are human and make mistakes however I told the employees that I ordered iced and as customers kept coming in they kept giving them their drinks. I waited about 15 min for them to give me my drink and to top it off I had to tell a different employee bc the first one took the hot drink and just replaced the label to someone else’s online order and ignored my drink. I will NEVER come here again. If you want good service theirs a Starbucks off of Archibald in Ontario which is 1000 times better than here.
