Starbucks - Chino Valley

Dorthea, the elderly woman at the register, was the most unpleasant person I have ever met. I truly believe she should be let go.

The customer service and drinks are usually outstanding, and we often appreciate our favorite beverages and the attentive staff. However, our most recent visit was disappointing. We don't want to spend our money on a lackluster experience and a $5 drink that tastes like water. #teamscooters

If you like bitter, burnt coffee loaded with sugar, Starbucks might be the right spot for you. On the other hand, if you're seeking quality coffee at more reasonable prices and possibly better customer service without the corporate atmosphere, you should definitely check out Dutch Bros. The staff there are truly wonderful!

Deedee is an amazing barista! The drinks are always spot on, and the customer service is excellent. I also love seeing MJ and Cheyenne in the mornings; they're just as wonderful!

The staff at the Starbucks inside Willow Creek Fry's are incredibly friendly! I make it a point to engage in conversation with them each time I visit. The lattes are always crafted to perfection.
