Sonic Drive-in - Chino Valley

Second time I’ve ordered through doordash and they wait over 40-60 minutes to make the order, and don’t answer the phone. Drivers show up and leave because the food doesn’t get made. We sit and wait until we just cancel. Waste of time. Also, 9/10 times they forget items from your order.

Worst Sonic ever! I am completely dumbfounded that this place isn't going out of business. Waited at drive thru speaker for 17 minutes without hearing a word so we just left. Omg I have worked at all 3 sonics from Chino to Preascott Valley. As a manager in 2 out of 3 stores. What a joke they have become. Can't even get your order taking without waiting 30 minutes and my food wasn't thT great either. Never again never again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

4 years ago we would visit this location a few times a month. Now it's hardly ever. And when we feel like gluttons for punishment we give in and try again. This last time I used the mobile app to order. Pull up and check in.....wait 45 minutes. Ask for refund. During the 45 minutes multiple employees came out and socialized with what is obviously their friends. Getting into vehicles for extended periods of time, still wearing their headsets mind you. Eventually I get fed up and ask what's going on. They say they are only taking drive thru orders......No signs, no notices, no one got on the intercom and informed me when I checked into the stall on the app. Nothing. And this may not have been the worst experience I've had at this location.
