El Pollo Loco - Chino Hills

I've always had a great experience at El Pollo Loco. The chicken is cooked perfectly, and Teresita is always helpful. The side dishes are delicious, not to mention the hot sauces. It's a shame they were out of black beans, though.

The staff here are incredibly hardworking. They consistently do their best to ensure that orders are delivered on time and that the food is fresh and prepared as requested. I sympathize with them, especially during busy hours when online orders increase, as they often seem to be understaffed. Nevertheless, they keep up their hustle and dedication.

We ordered 3 pieces breast and wing and what I got was very dry meat and rubbery meat which I can't eat. It looked like this Chicken was left over from lunch time and reheated which makes the meat dry and hard to bite. Will not go to this branch again. You have been warned.

I've always found this place beautiful since I first visited a few years ago while working nearby. However, has the chicken portion been reduced in the Tostada salad or the pollen bowls? I understand times are tough, but it's still a solid choice for food.

I never make reviews, but this is my third bad experience with this store. The superior was disrespectful! Although, I may have been small about the Cilantro Dressing, but twice I was short on a little wet on my salad. After my previous trip, when I requested an extra dressing along with other spices, I was never recommended by the additional fee of just .40 cents.? It wasn't the 40 cents, but it was the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. And my daughter wants me to involve the superior? My little coupon?
