I had to go out of my way to get served and then recieve this terrible customer service by this boy. I would not of made my purchase but my special needs son has been craving for a doughnut and i did not want to make him upset. Seriously treat people with respect.
Terrible service. Should not roll there eyes and smirk at people who are going through chemotherapy asking for no ice in there drinks!! Learn some manners and empathy.
A heads up for those who couldn’t possibly know from lack of signage...It’s “self serve”!After a while (a long while) the staff stop standing around looking at you to tell you that it is, in fact, “self serve”. Then, when you make your selection, there are no staff to actually serve you ... they’ve all disappeared (or so it seemed).When you do finally get your food it all tastes just a little bit plastic ... certainly not recommended.Regarding Wild Beans reply, “ We hope you have a better experience upon your next visit.”You’re kidding right!
Was there to break the journey home from Brisbane. Assistant seemed to have no patience with my friend...told to hurry up. As I said just a convenient place to stop.
A good stopover between Brisbane and Byron Bay. It has food, fuel, restroom everything drivers need.
