Mcdonald's Chinderah Northbound

Order coffee and cafe food on a touch screen, it would not take my payment. the second machine took my order and my money, but gave me no receipt/print of my number. after almost 15 minutes waiting time, with many others doing this (so I had not yet asked) asked about my order to be informed only that they could not make me coffee at all. apparently, the whole order had been ignored? I received a refund from the manager in cash, not the way I would be paid. the manager was obviously about the problems of the touchscreen order that the machines had. friendly service, but very bad staff regarding how many it is dealing with orders, broken machines, etc. and apparently no system to stop food that is not available to be ordered, or to tell people as soon as it was ordered.

Only 25 minutes in the parking bay for a small meal and 2 hash brews waited to the point where I go and about my meal, no excuse and get home and have the wrong meal her joking and this is not the first time at this place, no one seems to care that there is any kind of spirituality about gast girlfriend in the smallest, if everyone has received a bad day!

We ordered full cream coffee that allows the system to order and pay. waited a dae and then noticed the hand written signs that they have no milk, sky or full cream. the manager informed us that there would not be any milk until tomorrow (Friday) and that they were not allowed to buy from the load before the service station, as they did and that went out of the milk, which means that this was a constant problem for the poor employees for a while and still the staff responsible for ordering the supplies did not increase the storage milk order. very bad administration. we went and bought own milk in the store to make our coffee and still paid the full price for our coffee!

We waited 25 minutes for our order, only to receive it cold. The staff in the back seemed to be idly standing around and dropping items on the floor. No one was packaging the food, so it just sat there losing heat. I am very dissatisfied with this experience.
