The food was great, but was not impressed by the drinks prices. I was a few places for dinner and never loaded that $1,50 for a soda...

I wanted to order the eye fillet with chips and salad, but I was told I had to order the eye fillet as it came and then add the side of chips and salad separately. I wasn't fond of the sauce that accompanied it and would have preferred it without any. On the positive side, the steak was cooked to perfection—kudos to the chef for that! For dessert, I requested a mudcake with just cream, expecting this to be a straightforward order. Unfortunately, it came with ice cream (which I don't like) and strawberry sauce, neither of which suited my taste. It seemed that the staff were hesitant to make any changes to the dishes, and the chefs didn't appear to be very flexible with customizing the menu for a picky eater. I would much rather spend my money at places that prioritize customer preferences over rigid adherence to the menu. If they had been more accommodating, I would consider returning more often. I noticed that the nearby club hotel does a much better job of catering to customers' needs without any issues.

The atmosphere is pleasant, and the menu offers a good variety of options to cater to different tastes. We were impressed by how quickly our meals were served during our visit, and the portion sizes were generous. They also provide a kid's menu, but be sure to inquire about what’s included with the kids' meals, as we found out that a soft drink and ice cream were part of the deal, which wasn't mentioned anywhere.

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also signed up for a membership, which is a great deal at just $2 for a year!
