Subway - China Grove

One hour after they say it's open, we drive until there and suprise, it was closed! They publish on their door their open hour is at 8am, it's 9

4-19-24I was hopeful and tried ordering online again today. I don't know who the young lady is working in there today, but she is awesome. My salad was great, and it was sitting there in the bag ready to go when I walked in. I wish she was in there every day. I'm bumping it back up to 4 stars.3-25-24Food and service are usually good here. I usually order online and it's ready when I get here.Today however, I ordered online while I was coming across Jake Alexander Blvd. in Salisbury, but when I got here I still had to wait in line like everyone else.Very disappointing today.

I absolutely loathe(feel intense dislike or disgust) this subway way location. Long wait times and an incompetent staff does not make for a great experience. The last sub I attempted to purchase from here was poorly made I.e.Most of the toppings on my sub were pushed out by the employee and scrapped into the trash, leaving little to no toppings on my sub. I expressed my discontent and only received a blank stare from said employee. Close this place down ASAP!

After being told multiple times that still didn’t do the sandwich the right way. After being asked to put peppers on a sandwich they put pickles and had to ask more than 3 times about toppings. As someone who used to work at a subway this would get us immediately reprimanded.
