Pizza Hut - China Grove

Second time after the Mooresville location order from this place, we had a very bad taste for pizza hat in general. This situation has so far been amazing. Wonderful customer service and so polite! This last order they just ran out of the crust we had ordered. Things happen! I understand and it makes it even better if they are polite and go beyond and beyond to make you a good experience. The lady called me immediately and asked if we wish another crust and offered a more expensive crust at no cost. The pizza is always hot, fresh and tastes amazing. Happy to order pizza again!

My server, Terri, is AMAZING! While the bar did not have the freshest and hottest food, Terri shined! Her blowing personality and her contagious smile didn't worry about waiting for hot food. I wanted to watch CNN, and she changed the channel and made me feel so comfortable. It is an advantage for this institution, but above all a treasure for this community. I just come back for her.
