The golden eagle is open under new management. this beautiful village pub was given a new leasing. good price for beer and a new menu come this month. the eagle has fought in recent years, not helped by the pandemic, but the future is bright

New administration! excellent gas house with a great selection of beer, weeping and spirituous, all cheap from £4 a pint. place is clean and tidy, already the new renter places his stamp on the dinge, looking forward to reviving the menu later this month, but in the meantime it is a great place for a sociable pint and a chat.

Beautiful land pub, friendly staff and pleasant environment. many parking spaces and space to sit.

Make fantastic Caribbean cuisine with ales to take from a funky pendant in the parking lot. the jowl is out of this world, fill her boots!

This pub has a lot of potential to be a great, little place for the family to enjoy. It is not very big inside, but has a nice garden. We recently dined there as a group of seven, and had an evening meal. The standard of the food was variable. My cod and chips was nice but my daughter's vegetarian choice was poor. It was supposed to be lasagna but this had been substituted for aubergine. Despite some of the dishes not being up to standard on the evening, it was a relaxing and comfortable place to spend a few hours.
