But that being said the are not taking the time to vocalize names at a decent volume. We are crowded around d the orders trying figure them out ourselves. No smiles no thank yous no can I help you solve something.
I would not recommend this starbucks to anyone. Sat waiting inside for 20 minutes for my drink. When I went up to ask them where it was, they went to the drive thru window where it had been sitting and passed the watered down iced coffee to me. I asked how long it had been sitting there. The girl, who offered no apology, said oh about 5 minutes. I was shocked at the service I received here. No apology and zero f 's given how long I had sat there waiting. Will not be going back to this starbaucks again.
Ordered vanilla sweet cream cold brew at this location. The drink had clumps in it. I’ve ordered it many times before never seen that. Went back in to show them and they offered to make me another one or a different drink which was appreciated. I asked if it was normal and would it happened again. They said it should not. They made another one, once I got into the car it looked like it did the first time. Didn’t taste right. Tossed it, won’t be ordering again.
You need to let customers put their own cream in their coffee. I understand why it changed during covid but there is no reason to keep it that way. Every time I get coffee here it's either too much or too little. It is not the fault of staff at all. Every other coffee shop in the area has gone back to letting customers do their own cream except for Starbuck. This is why I use other coffee shops whenever possible rather than starbucks.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are disgusting.
