Made a mobile order, paid for two bags so it would be easy to take out. Waited 20 minutes in an empty restaurant, was served only after I asked for my order. And after all they stuffed all my food in one torn bag, no napkins, everything got squished...

Not Kool when manager assaults employees and thinks a simple sorry is gonna make it better. Something will come out of this and this will not go unnoticed. Manager should be fired on the spot. Letting this happen and letting this go will only teach people that this ishow to act. Very unprofessional and well people get charged for attacking people in on or off work property. That's disgusting.sara the manager should be fired or demoted. That's not how adults act. Period.

The ratings are low for a reason. I would recommend going to one of the other locations across town. They are constantly sending out incorrect or missing orders. Today I got a sesame bacon and egg bagel that was completely missing the egg (and on the wrong type of bagel). Seriously?

Dirty restaurant. Every empty table was filthy with left food that was not cleared. Pop Station a mess with garbage over flowing. Sticky floors, young staff running front end that had zero control. Waited 24 minutes for a coffee, fries super oily, bun hard. Not the best
