Went last night to get a fry…I pulled up, paid. Everything was good, then the lady hands me my fries with both of her hands, no bag (thank you to The City of Chilliwack stupid bag fee). Any other fast food place charges you a bag unless you say “no bag”. So now I have her dirty hands that just touch the cash, touching the side of my fries and having the fries rolling around on seat in my car. I would like A and W standards should trumps the city of Chilliwack, lame bag fee. Just another annoying experience…..

I found hair in my burger! You guys should be careful..

It’s always sticky on the tables. The floors are never clean. The staff are just super rude and the managers are very stuck up and also terrible with their employees and fired my sister for trying to do proper protocols for vegetarian options because they constantly put meat products with the vegetarian or vegan

Do not eat here. Completely unsanitary. Should be closed down.
