Burger King - Childersburg

When someone goes through your drive-thru and only orders a large fry, but asks for ketchup and doesn't receive any, it's just not cool. However, the fries were still hot.

The food was freshly prepared and hot, and it tasted really delicious. However, there was a mistake in my order as they added mayo and lettuce to a sandwich that I specifically requested not to have. I had to go back through the drive-thru to correct the mistake, but overall the food was still enjoyable.

The wrong toppings were put on my burger despite requesting no onions and no pickles. They simply removed the toppings from an old, half-cold burger and served it with the onions still making the bun smell. The wilted pickles were also still on the burger. I had asked for mustard only. The bathroom was nice, but in need of a thorough cleaning. Overall, poor management.

Service is subpar in general and inconsistent at best but food is okay.

Nice staff, good fast food, and the playground for the kids is Awesome! We stop by every chance we got.
