Dega Restaurante - Chihuahua

I usually only write a review when I have something positive to say. But this place helped me decide to make an exception to that policy. I don’t even know where to begin. The service was terrible. It took a long time for anyone to even take out drink order. And the restaurant was not crowded! Once we ordered, it took 50 minutes to get our food. And no one came to check on us in the time we were waiting! Once the food arrived, two out of eight dishes were not correct and they were all lukewarm at best. The spaghetti with butter that two of my kids ordered was basically inedible : . And again, no one came to check on us once our food had arrived. The only plus was the young man who brought me the check. We had had no previous interaction with him before. He was very professional and had nothing to do with our disastrous experience there. I would recommend going across the street to the Farmacia to buy drinks and snacks before ever choosing this restaurant.

Bad service. Rood, uncorteous and offensive attitudes of the personnel. Food: the worst I ever have seeing. Swiss enchiladas filled with chicken left overs and the skin of the chiken. When I show that to the weiter, he laugh and make fun of my complain. Cold coffee like if were left over, too. Besides, the woman cashier with a rude and angree attitude try to charge for the coffee, 30% more of the price shown on the menu. The worst, uncomfortable, and offensive service ever received. This Dega restaurant is with the Best Western San Francisco Hotel, at Chihuahua City Centre. In the past, this hotel use to have a popular and reasonable good restaurant. NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE.

It is a diner type restaurant, where you can have club sandwich, burgers and the like. The service was so bad. The waiters dropped so many items and didn't even clean after themselves. The food was average. The staff was not even friendly though we are Spanish speakers. Since there were not too many option for late dining, we went back for take away. The staff and the waiters were unpleasant and it took ages to get two sandwiches. We didn't even bother to leave a tip.

El restaurante Dega pertenece al Hotel Qualite Inn, no es necesario entrar al Hotel ya que el Restaurante se encuentra al exterior, se puede elegir entre los desayunos a la carta o del Bufete ambos son deliciosos, el café es muy bueno,la atención es muy cálida y ameniza de manera muy agradable un Soprano.El precio es proporcional a lo que se obtiene.Altamente recomendable.

Me hospedé en el hotel Quality Inn y es el restaurante que les da servicio por lo que varias veces pedí cosas de este restaurante. La comida en realidad no es buena, en alguna ocasión pedí una ensalada que llevaba fresas y la primera vez estuvo bien pero la segunda vez que la pedí, las fresas estaban en estado de putrefacción. La comida es salada y el sazón no es el mejor.
