Hardee's - Chiefland

I don’t eat often fast, but I will allow an occasional visit to this particular hardee’s; maybe 3-4 times a month. I have to say, given how easy it is, "capable to the basic work", the people who work on this place are always far over and above the foundations! I can remember nothing other than friendly words, and I thought I had met to submit this review....oops.... Anyone who works here are top notch, they are always patient with me, always smile, and always fast to get the foundations out of the way. So much that I tap 10-20% each time I go through; without failing. I always tell them they need a drinker because they are so good. This indicates a very capable, intelligent, knowledgeable, empathetic trainer or owner; who teaches the “new people”. This person makes a phenomenal job and creates great customer service representatives in this process. I suspect you already know everything I say, but I think the public should hear about the really good, special people, occasionally, who are not often given that they deserve. Thanks, ma'am or sir, even though I bet a woman trains these people. In 36 years who own a variety of companies, I have rarely seen a man being able to constantly teach what is taught here. Not criticism, I'm compliment. Great work, please not retire without passing the torch! You know who you are, and it's good to knock you on your back from time to time. Stop for breakfast. Biscuits were fresh and warm, engraving was excellent. It's great to see that Ms. Gladys is still here. She never lets you find someone as good as she should replace her.

We were driving through Chiefland and stopped to eat. The food was excellent and the young man who took our order(Jay) was genuinely polite and courteous. It's rare to find that type of service anywhere . Thank you Jay.

The food is good, but we were mostly impressed with the service of Jay! What a Fine Young Respectful and very professional courtesy man! He should be manager one day and God bless him! We need more Young ppl like Him to represent us in this world where we live now!

Yes, this is a 5-star review for a fast food restaurant! Our food was hot and our order was 100% accurate. The staff was also super friendly. In today's world of fast food it is sad to say that no longer is the norm. A note to Hardee's office when you read it. I was looking forward to revising my childhood memories of your cinnamon biscuits when I discovered that in the city we visited was a hardee. Mmmm... I discussed these cookies with my husband. I didn't have one in JAHRE! Then... I discovered you weren't servicing her anymore. What are you doing? Can you hear how the air is released from my balloon? Great deflation zone here – super beaten. Anyway, this hardee has it together. Every employee smiled and was respectful. We're coming back! (Also if I can't get a cinnamon biscuit.
