The whole casino floor is smothered with cigarette smoke. They've obviously never heard of smoke eaters, which eliminate smoke odor. might add that the staff is rather rude and slow, and by slow I'm not just talking physically. I've actually took it upon myself to contact Mr. John Dillett whose in charge of Indian gaming for the state of Wisconsin to notify him of what exactly is going on in this particular casino. I've been to casinos all across the nation including some of the largest. Sevenwinds does not have a slot payout. It's unbelievable. You may as well play online for free. At least you would save your money. If you think you're going to try your odds here, I urge you to think again. I spent $3,000 in here on a Sunday and hit for $100 total. Once I was $500 in I was determined to at least break even. Nope. No return whatsoever here. This place should seriously be shut down. What they're doing is really wrong. I'm friends with a widespread of native americans from the Lac Courte Oreilles Indian Reservation and they all say the same thing. Not a place to win ! You could try cards there but, based on my observations, I wouldn't bother. Hope this helps!!!
Stinks like cigarettes, I could not breath and my clothes and hair were saturated with that smell. I only lasted 5 minutes and needed to go home, shower and change my clothes. Just a dirty, nasty place, I will never go back.
So much to complain about, and so little space to write. I arrived solo. I really needed to decompress, ang my plan was to have some drinks, get food to go before the restaurant closed, and go back to my room, and pig out in while soaking in the and watching tv. I had a drink in my room, and then went down to the bar around 6 P.M. I ordered a shot and a vodka gimlet. I am not a daily drinker, but after 52 years I know what I can handle. My plan was to get buzzed; hence the rental of my room. I do not drive drunk. I am college educated, and have worked as a professional for over 25 years. I have a lake front home. The reason I give these details is because raging alcoholics do not normally possess these characteristics. About 8 o 'clock (this is a guesstimate) my boot either got caught on the carpet, or my pants, and I fell. It was a little embarrassing, but I had met a nice man who assisted me to stand. Approx 930 or so we went to listen to Karokee and get another drink. The aforementioned cocktails were the only 2 drinks I had ordered. I never left the casino floor, so I wasn 't supplementing additional alcohol. My purse was to small to carry a flask, and I wasn 't excessively using the bathroom. I don 't think I even used the restroom. The bartender suggested I eat something. I was informed management was watching me. I went to the front desk of the casino and asked to speak with the manager. A security officer approached, and asked what I needed. I figured management sent him to deal with the problem. The security officer mentioned my fall, and this is why I was cut off. This really irked me. If the manager had concerns why wasn 't I approached immediately. I was allowed to continue to gamble, for another hour if not two hours. What if it had been a medical issue? Low blood sugar, a stroke, or any other condition that might make a person fall. None of your staff assessed the situation, or even approached me to ask if I was ok. If the staff had genuine concern for me this is what would should have occurred. Monitor me closely as I discovered after my conversation with the officer makes me feel as if they wanted me to be drunk. I wasn 't stumbling, slurring my speech, nor did I fall again. The security officer was simply screening my complaint, and hoping to get more ammo from our conversation to use against me. My night was ruined; I conceded, and I went to the restaurant to get food. The waitress was expecting me. They had obviously called and gave her a heads up... This was now the third employee who had prior knowledge. Why they felt they needed to embarrass me further I don 't know. I was complacent in their request.I was not aggressive . I got my food, and went directly to my room. I wasn 't hungry which was a good thing because they forgot to give me silverware to eat my ceasar salad. I did eat the burger and fries. It was ok; nothing special. The dining room reminded me of a nursing home. It was brightly lit, and they had no booths if a guest wanted a little more privacy. This is where the manager approached and said, Did you want to speak with me. Every diner had stopped eating and conversing and was starring at me. I told him to forget it. The manager said fine, turned on his heels, and quickly walked away. I can 't remember the last time I felt the need to make a complaint anywhere, but I have never been put on the spotlight like I was here. I did nothing that warranted this sort of treatment, and extent of monitoring. I came to kill some emotional pain which I will not get into any details. If I had been in a bar/restaurant with friends I would be lagging in the consumption of alcohol I woke up at 6:30 and got the hell out of there. The room I was given had major issues. The black mold in the grout of the jacuzzi tub was my biggest concern. I didn 't notice it before I got in, but once in the tub It was obvious. There also looked like brown rings had formed in the jets. It was an old tub and I said to myself it could be just discolored. After convincing myself it was safe, and that they must have a procedure, and schedule for cleaning and maintenance of these jets I went against my better judgement because it has been years since I soaked in a tub. I turned on the jets full blast, but then I noticed crud floating on top of the water. I am sure it was from these jets. I mean what else would it be? I did have body lotion on which I applied the night before, but It doesn 't seem reasonable that the lotion caused this. I don 't stay in hotels often, but when I have traveled a card is placed near appliances such as this. I had to call maintenance because I didn 't want to end up burning the motor out. I am sure the staff chalked this up to me being drunk, but I cant remember ever turning square knobs. If they were round it would make more sense. If there was ever any writing on any of the knobs it had worn away long ago. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were scratchy. They were worse than the 15
Was in town and decided to check this place out for a bit. Definitely not Vegas, but wasn't expecting it to be. They have a plethora of slot machines in there. There are 4-5 tables (black jack, and poker I believe). Had the tables to ourselves on a Friday night. The slots paid out ok. The dealers need some work, miss counting cards or not following protocol you would see at other casinos. Hot dogs were $1 and pizza a few bucks, which wasn't too bad after losing the rest of our money.
Went this afternoon for the Friday Seafood Buffet and it was awful!!! The meat/fish/seafood was cool to lukewarm, definitely in the danger zone bacteria wise. When i went to get ice cream the cleaning solution went into the bottom of the cup before the ice cream came out. Never again!!!
