Pizza Express - Chicopee

ETA: Tried them again, using the Slice service so I could order ahead and then pick up. My pickup window was 1:42 pm- 1:57 on. I arrived at 1:50 and was told by a man WITH NO MASK ON that it would be another 5-7 min. I walked out with my food 20 minuteslater. Why did I pay a dollar to order ahead if you're not going to make my food until I get there anyway? Not even to mentionthat 2 out of the 3 people behind the counter weren't wearing masks. Never going back. Honestly, the food is fantastic. But wecalled several times yesterday, and no one picked up. Today, our call was answered, but instead of the 20-25 minutes we werequoted, it took 45 minutes. And then they charged an extra percentage of our large order for using a credit card without lettingus know ahead of time. I get adding a surcharge if the order is under a certain amount, but to fully pass on the credit cardcompanies' fees to the consumer is bad business. I love the food, but the service makes me not want to go back.

From California, and they delivered me to the faithful hand stop, fast delivery, food was amazing 6/18/20 ended up in chicope ma again we reordered from here and had delivered it to proud truck stop, eating was again great

Take the negative reviews with a corn of salt bc, which are impatient or moved people 100% I always use of the brothers order, I have recently changed to pizza express queue, large tasting pizza(the 5 cheese my favourite,) also there are prices are very reasonable for the quality. I recommend definitiw to call them for orders, they do not use the apps on phone bc his easier to call them never had a problem on this wise. try them out for themselves I personally love eating.

My big daughter I ordered calzone recently, and the new team is great in all aspekten. from the teig to the diving sauce was perfect. their ingredients were fresh and of good quality. I will order without doubt pizza express, often as I can not wait to experience their other dishes! they went to the team and drove a lot of luck on their new business!
