Arby's - Chicopee

I had a great dining experience at Arby's. The slider sandwiches were delicious as always and the regular sandwiches were hot and packed with meat. The drive-thru was fast and efficient. The loaded fries were a bit saltier than I remembered but still tasty. The sweet potato fries were also good. The cookies were delicious and the lemonade was very cold, even though it didn't have ice. Overall, a satisfying meal.

The restaurant offers fresh and healthy options all the time. The staff is efficient and friendly, and I used to work there years ago. I have fond memories of great people like Tracy S., Tammy S., and the lively Stone family. They also have big coupon offers and a variety of great regular dishes.

My experience at this restaurant was awful. I ordered two meals and an extra side, but didn't receive the drinks or shake. One of the meals was missing the sandwich. When my wife went back to get the missing items, the staff gave attitude, didn't apologize, and said they were out of the shake and sandwich. They offered no substitutions and just gave half the order without refunding the other half. When my wife asked for the cheeseburger she ordered, she was told she didn't order one. Only after showing the receipt did the staff realize the mistake. It was a complete joke.

The beef and cheddar sandwich was a bit messy, but the person taking my order was very friendly and the service was incredibly fast. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Abby was a tremendous help, she made sure my experience was fantastic! Abby most definitely deserves a promotion. 10/10
