My fiancée took our three-year-old daughter to this store to get food for our family, and while the employee had an attitude with him and was rude. When he asked what his problem was, the employee told him: "Nothing and if you have a problem, then we can meet later (aka he wanted to fight my engagement). I'm not okay with this experience, especially my three-year-old daughter. That was very unprofessional and not okay at all. I will definitely file a complaint and make sure that something is done. This is a liability and subway must handle it.
As soon as I walked in all the workers started laughing, and none of them wanted to take my order. They were like you do it, no you do it. They were all women. When finally someone took my order she was annoyed to do it. So disgusted with the service. Would rate a zero if I could.
Terrible!!! I ordered some Flatbread pizzas and it was not cooked and had no sauce or cheese. It was just cold pepperoni on cold Flatbread folded in half.
I only left 1 star so I could keave this reveiw. On December 23rd I purchased $120 in gift cards. On my receipts I was given free 6 in Sandwich coupons. On January 5th I called the Nord store and once again faced with that awful manager of at least 3 stores in Chico. I told her I had the coupons and wondered if I needed to buy something to redeem them. She says they don't redeem coupon I said that you gave them to me. She asked who it was that gave them to me I told her I did not know and she said you must not know very much and hung up on me. This same woman has been seen eating over the food line and talking to people with food in her mouth. And if you read the reviews are all bad about her. The owner should be something about her I'll never spend another dollar in subways in Chico again
