Dutch Bros Coffee - Chico

I go here all of the time, and normally they are great. But yesterday evening one of the male barista's gave me a ripped dollar. I know I should have checked the money befor driving away, and I know it's only a dollar, but it's so bad it's completely unusable.

Super fast and fun service. They got our orders perfectly right and turnaround time from getting in line to driving out with the coffee was quicker than Starbucks!

I have been to Dutch Bros several times and have always received friendly service from all the employees there. Thank you Dutch Bros in Oroville, California for coming to Oroville, Ca.

I haven't visited Dutch Bros in a while due to my diabetes. I just found out I can order drinks with half the sweetener. Yay! I can treat myself occasionally.

I Love Dutch Bros. It's my go to place... But I will no longer go to the one on Park Ave. I will drive out of my way to go to any of the others. The last two times (both within the last two weeks) I have been to the one on Park Ave I have had poor service. The first time they made two of our drinks wrong, we knew they were wrong just by the color, since it's something we order at least once a week, plus it tasted wrong, but they insisted it was right and wouldn't remake them. The second time there were 2 cars in front of us but no one to take orders. When a girl finally came to take orders she started taking orders from cars that were just pulling in rather then those that had been waiting. We ended up with 4 cars in front of us. When we finally made it to the window there were two employees talking and then starting drinks when we got to the window. At this point a huge line had formed behind us. Oh and not once did any of the employees say Hi, how are you, etc. Just very unfriendly which isn't how Dutch Bros usually is. And out of the 5 Dutch Bros in Chico this is the only one I ever have problems at.
