Little Caesars Pizza - Chickasha

This restaurant is not up to par. We experienced issues with our order, and while they always offered apologies, it was hard to reach upper management to address our complaints.

Serious experince at any time after 6:00. no customer service and no one who picks up the phone. they say too busy, but when we show up, there is literally no one in the store and they begin to make our pizza as soon as we are there.

Bad customer service. Called in an order for pickup, after a 20 min wait went to the store to pick it up and a girl came out from the back saw me and went back to talk after she finished her conversation, she came back to take my order. Got the order home and the pizza was cold. Called the store and some guy answered and had an attitude when I asked for a manager. Talked to manager about if the pizza was made to order or not. She said there was no reason for it to but cold. She did offer to replace the order on my next visit, but gave me no info on how to do that and just hung up the phone. Its a shame this company doesn 't care about its customers experience instead of the customers bothering them while their at work .

This place is getting a little bit better. It is unfortunately, a very time consuming and room for error kind of place. I have been there four times and every time has been a horrible experience. They have handed my pie to others that have order after me. I have waited over an hr before. They get my order wrong almost every time. Just a complete problem. They never have pizza just hot a ready for you to just pick it up like they advertise. It's a shameful place to even call little Caesars.

The food is good when it is available. However, they often don't have hot, ready-made pizza when they open. I’ve arrived too late on several occasions and haven’t been able to grab a quick slice. The staff is friendly, and I’ve tried to give them a fair chance to remain on my lunch list, but I think I’ll be skipping this place for a while.
