Jake's Rib - Chickasha

When you ask for a side of fries, you're going to get all the fries. Good food and they were friendly.

We recently visited Jakes Rib and had a wonderful dinner and a great eating out experience. Our daughter is disabled and in a wheelchair and she (and we) were treated very respectfully and the staff was attentive to our special needs. Everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. I recently dined at a restaurant in Oklahoma City and had a great experience. The meal was a bit pricey, but well worth it for the delicious BBQ. The sides were also tasty and plentiful. The prices were reasonable and the staff was helpful and friendly. Some people complained about the wait time, but I believe that is to be expected at a popular and busy restaurant. If you are in a rush, it may be best to choose a fast food joint instead. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal.

Worst ribs I have ever had (and I have eaten BBQ in the pacific NW). They were undercooked and firmly attached to the bone. The ribeye was just ok. The disappointment was real.

I am really not sure what happened to the meat at this restaurant. It is nowhere near the quality it was eight years ago when it was known as Jake's. However, all the side dishes are still delicious. I understand that the restaurant cannot control this, but it is uncomfortable how much people stare at you. Come on, let's focus on enjoying our food!
