Mcdonald's - Chichester

This McDonald's is decent, but in my opinion, it is just average. The fries can be cold, and the food is just okay. I would only come here if I wanted a quick meal after shopping at Tesco. I would recommend it for people looking for a quick meal, but for those who are more casual and hungry, I would suggest going to Nando's or somewhere similar. The cheeseburgers can be messy and the fries lack flavor. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant is great.

I'm not certain if the sandwich I had was chicken or fish at the restaurant, but it was absolutely terrible. It had no flavor and was very unpleasant. Thankfully, I also ordered a coffee to help wash it down.

The staff were casually chatting while plenty of food was ready to be served. Unfortunately, my food delivery order was incorrect, and when I went back to correct it, I was told I should have accepted the first order even though it was incorrect. I observed a teenager taking an unusually long time to pack a bag of drinks and had to remind her to find the other half of my order. The restaurant was messy with rubbish bags scattered on the floor, posing a health and safety hazard. When I moved the bags out of the way, the manager gave me a dirty look before finally instructing a staff member to remove them. It seemed like the restaurant was poorly managed by student employees.

Absolute shambles. The worst restaurant in the world ever. Unless you have a car after 11pm you can forget it. Pathetic and a joke. Security staff even telling you to move on. Don’t ever go here, it’s so poor. Disgraceful.

I am so annoyed is an understatement ordered my meal at 6.01 pm on 27/10/23 sent to carpark over 30 minutes later still no food so had to ask 5 minutes later the food comes out, silly me I drove off then pulled over to check I realised my 2 toffee apple pies were missing so had walk back and then waut another 10 minutes for the pies. Got home and they had left a nugget meal off too, plus the pies were burnt. This isn't the first time this has happened.
