Golden Chopstick - Chichester

I used to enjoy this restaurant as the chow mein was always delicious and the menu was reasonably priced. However, when I went last week after a long time, I was disappointed. The prices have been increased significantly, but the portion sizes and quality have deteriorated. The chow mein was terrible and the fried rice was plain white rice that had been hastily cooked, resulting in a sticky texture. They used to serve old school brown fried rice which I preferred. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as I was shocked by the high prices and poor quality of food.

Delicious!!! So good I ate seconds. They are based in Southbourne not Emsworth and have no website or delivery so we drove there, ordered and waited. But omg, such great food. Will become a family favourite.

This is hands down the best Chinese restaurant in the area. They don't offer delivery, but the food is definitely worth the drive. I highly recommend their soup, generously stuffed prawn toast, Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken, and delicious rice. Every dish I've tried has been better than other takeout options. It's always my go-to spot, except on weekends when they're too busy to take phone orders. I suggest ordering ahead and waiting for your food instead.

I always enjoy the delicious food at this restaurant, but it is consistently busy and does not offer delivery service. Their phone lines are always busy with customers placing orders. The food is great and the staff is friendly, even when they are busy. Overall, it is a good local Chinese takeaway with no fancy frills.

By far the best Chinese takeaway in the Emsworth/Havant area! Very tasty I'm sad we have not used this place before, it is definitely our go-to now though. Very friendly staff.
