Cassons - Chichester

Wow! what an incredible restaurant! that is completely Michelin standard. I started with the pan fried skalopps, carved sweetcorn and iberico ham crisp, with a head of roe deer, with mushroom ketchup absolutely die for! finished with a quartet of excellent desserts. omg! vivian the chef was so beautiful and so you were cas, who was in front of the house and made our after. that is by far the best restaurant we have visited in a very long time. team cassons, we are back xxx

Loved Cassons it was recommended to us by friends and we weren’t disappointed. Exceptional quality food, beautifully cooked and served, lovely service which is friendly and professional, in a nice dining environment. Lots of nice touches, like the amuses-bouches, home made bread, speciality butters....Puddings are stand-out! Really excellent, and sensibly priced. Highly recommended.
