Xo Marshmallow - Chicago

I discovered xo marshmallow on Instagram and decided to order the creamsicle, cookies and cream, and the kosmallow brownies for my friend who lives far away in Los Angeles and loves everything marshmallow. He loved everything, especially the kosmallow brownies. We even FaceTimed to choose what we want to try next! The marshmallows are incredibly soft and delicious. I also ordered the cream sclers for myself to try. Unfortunately, there was a mishap with the wrong email entered when I placed my own order, so I never received tracking information. My marshmallows were delivered, but they were either stolen or left at the wrong door in my complex (UPS does not provide photos of the package). Emma from customer service was very friendly and helpful in resolving the situation. She sent new marshmallows to a different address to ensure they arrived safely and updated my email. I can't wait to try them and will definitely order from them again for gifts and sweet treats. Thank you!

I ordered the blase, butter beer, lavender honey, S’mores cup, and cookies and cream marshmallows from the online store. To be honest, they were possibly the worst things I have ever tasted. My whole family tried them and we all agreed that the flavors were terrible, leaving a bad taste in our mouths. We couldn't even finish one marshmallow. I spent $50 on them hoping they would be amazing, but unfortunately, I cannot get a refund now. I regret ever purchasing from them. The customer service was pleasant, but they are not willing to offer a refund at all. I am extremely disappointed.

I thought this would be a good snack shop for a few snacks, but turns out that they don't get vegans what-so-ever! I would think that they would open up close to a college that they would have at least one snack I could taste, but noou. I still give them a two-star review because my friend the marshmallow turtle really loved!

Small business with tons of fun marshmallow aromen to choose. we found out about this place because of social media and were not abandoned when we visited personally. all we had was delicious! we are looking forward to a new visit (because they settle in their new location!)

The restaurant is colorful with friendly service. A friend described it as charming. Everything at XO is gluten-free, so I was thrilled to bring a friend with a severe gluten intolerance to enjoy a safe dining experience. My only complaint is that I wish the prices were a bit lower. I spent $39 after tax on 2 boxes of marshmallows (one was a specialty box) and 2 treats from their display case.
