Absolutely amazing, wings were tasty and made by the order, yes, only a few drinks available but that's totally fine. Would eat again.
Wing stop looks delicious, I'll hit it up by this time next week. I haven't tried it yet, Google thought I was there while I was getting a trim at sport clips next door. I'm pre rating Wingstop 5 stars since I've never really had a buffalo wing i didnt enjoy.
Food-wise, this is a standard Wingstop. No surprises. Food is up to par for what you are expecting. This location is heavily frequented by delivery drivers picking up orders, so it takes a little while for the food to come out of the kitchen. Also, I would get delivery or pick up only. The clientele that stops in and eats here can be strange. People watching videos on their phones at maximum volume. Occasional screaming at employees and other diners. It gets weird inside. We have ordered delivery from this place several times and never had a problem with the food order or quality.
I would rate negative 0 stars if there was an option. This location is THE WORST I've ever patronized. My daughter entered the restaurant at 5:23pm and placed the order at 5:33pm. I'm double parked with my hazards on patiently waiting. 15 minutes passed. I called my daughter asking what is taking so long she said they busy and keep talking phone calls and not tending to orders. So another 15 minutes passed now it's 30 mins has passed and I'm annoyed. I pull my car over, left my hazards on because there's really no street parking on Harrison street, so I'm taking a chance because my daughter is clearly not speaking up for herself. When I walked it was exactly 38 minutes passed not counting the time it took to place the order. My daughter looking faint and confused just wanting her food said they are preparing the order now. I asked for a manager and a full refund. The worker stated the manager was unavailable and no refund could be given since the food is ready. My daughter took the bag. I told the worker to give me his manager name and number he said no he could not. Rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful staff so I figured the manager was worst. We walked out and I will be emailing Wingstop Company and discuss this matter. As you can see the tenders were overcooked and no garlic Parmesan or fry seasoning. My daughter was disappointed and lost her appetite. I want a full refund. This is unacceptable service and food.
