Windy City Ribs - Chicago

I tried the sampler, which includes rib tips, a half slab of ribs, chicken, and a portion of beef brisket. Each item was tender and flavorful. The beef brisket was fantastic, and the rib tips were cooked just right. The half slab of ribs practically falls off the bone, and the chicken is truly exceptional. The fries are also spot on! It's worth noting that they use a Midwest-style sauce, which has a tangy flavor that offers a nice change from the sweeter sauces often found in the Deep South. Regardless, you'll enjoy it, and the service is excellent as well. If you’re craving great BBQ, this is definitely the place to go. I give it five stars!

What a fantastic local spot! We ordered the sampler plate, and the brisket was outstanding. The green beans were also delicious, and our wonderful server at the bar was very generous with her portions. We enjoyed our meal so much that I forgot to take a photo before we finished! I also appreciated the big open windows—great for people-watching as we relaxed and enjoyed the atmosphere.

I was pleasantly surprised by how great the food was! I went in craving ribs and ended up ordering the BBQ sampler, which included ribs, rib tips, wings, and sausage, along with green beans and Mexican corn. It was an excellent choice and a fantastic place to eat. Plus, the atmosphere was lively with some lovely ladies around. Windy City Ribs and Wings definitely deserves a 5 out of 5. I’ll definitely be back!

I have family from out of town and had the absolute best service that I just have to make this one of regulars. Thank you so much. They had the most tender delicious brisket and ribs in this world!!!! The loaded fries are sooo delicious too. The smokedwings are just superior. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They were the best!

There was just a small eat-in area and when we first walked in (the lables above the doors are just for marketing...multiple people were confused for which door and were questioning whether they were open through the window), there was only one personcooking, prepping meals, and taking care of patrons... Props to them for holding down the fort! Shortly after, another workercame on for their evening shift. The food was delicious. We had a couple people order the sampler platter (neither couldfinish, but they gave it a good try). I got the brisket sandwich and it was very good. The fries were seasoned andtasty. There were a few other patrons that were friendly and we struck up conversations. All-in-all, a good experience.
