My recent visit left me with only 3 out of the 4 burgers I ordered. As you can see from the photo, I received a total of just 4 boxes: 3 burgers and 1 side. Typically, when you order a number 1, you should get 5 boxes. They've done it to me again. The three burgers I did receive were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. The drive-thru line at this location is always long, and the customer service is very poor. After receiving my order, I had to wait at the window because I didn't get my tartar sauce. I only realized that I was missing the sauce and one of my burgers after I had left my vehicle and was already on my way. I do not recommend this location unless you're willing to gamble your hard-earned money on poorly prepared food served by uninterested staff. I have visited this location several times over the past month, and each experience has been disappointing. Whether you're going through the drive-thru, picking up takeout, or ordering delivery, expect low-quality food. I've come to the conclusion that the employees at this location either don't want to work or lack proper training.
Now, let's talk about the food. We ordered a #7 meal, which includes 10 sliders, 2 orders of fries, and 2 drinks. The fries were enjoyable when fresh, though they could have used a bit more salt. As for the burgers, it was a mixed experience: while they were clearly fresh, about half of them had bottom buns that became nearly liquefied from being overly soggy. The drink machine worked perfectly, and all our chosen options were available. Our wait time was about 6 minutes from placing our order to receiving our food. Just a heads-up: you have to ask for salt and condiments, as they aren't provided automatically. Overall, we would return, hoping for better outcomes with the buns next time.
I spent over 50 and was missing 60% of my order then the boy girl had and attitude because half my order missing if they cant keep up with the grove and mess up orders get rid of them because customers service is every thing very disappointed they need a manager that will stand on business not being they friend very poor management
I have been coming to this White castles on and off for 30 something years and the last time I came I pledged to never eat White castles again because it tasted horrible. Then I was out in LaGrange last night, and for some reason I decided to try it again it was eye-closing delicious and it just made me mad when I thought about the quality I received at 79th and South Chicago. Whst a travesty!
