It took about 20 minutes for them to get our food order, even though we tried to get their attention multiple times and when we tried to tell them at the table, they left before we could get out our order. The cheese platter we ordered took 45 minutes to get to us and the toast was burnt. We were very hungry and didn't want to send it back. It took another 30 minutes to get the one burger we ordered, which was almost an hour after we first sat down. We had asked for guac on the side, which, of course, came on the burger. Again, we didn't send it back since we were then in a rush to leave in order to get somewhere on time. The only thing they did quickly was get us a check and charge our cards. We left an 18% tip because even though I believe the staff could have been much friendlier overall, especially when running so slowly, it was obvious that the restaurant was entirely under staffed as it appeared that there were only 3 people running the front and only 1 chef in the back. I liked my beer recommendation (I would have liked to order a second, but the waitress never came back to the table). The burger was fine, the cheese plate was fine, the cheese fries were by far the highlight of the meal I wish we had gone to a fast food place for the amount we spent and the quality of food and service we got. Will never recommend and will never go back.
Service was very slow and food for our party came at different times. I also got sick from the turkey burger. Would not recommend and will not be back.
Great beer list, a lot of options and most beers are great. They also rotate their beer options once a while.
We made a reservation on Opentable, walked nearly a mile, and found that the restaurant was closed. Disappointing experience.
The only problem was that they were not out of Tater-Fetts on the day we went, but not a personal fault. good food. huge beer list. server was excellent. I'm going back.
