Victor's Pizza - Chicago

I am disappointed in Victor's restaurant. I have always received perfect food from them for nearly three years, even throughout the pandemic. However, last night, my pizza arrived with all the toppings shifted to one side of the box, as if it had been carried like a purse. When I called the person who delivered the food, they were rude and told me to contact Victor's, as it was their responsibility.

The lack of air conditioning may be why the woman is always in a bad mood. I was surprised to find out they charge $0.75 for BBQ sauce, which seems outrageous. They also don't provide plastic bags to keep food warm, except for Hispanic customers and not for others like me. It's disappointing to see an establishment run this way, but I will not let it discourage me. I came to this community to bring positivity and replace the negativity. #dontplaywithme

The food was good, but it arrived late. It seemed like they had forgotten about my order and I had to call to remind them.

This has to be one of the most authentic Italian pizzas I have ever had, and I have been to Italy.Amazing!

Pizza came cold. Crust has changed. Toppings tasted stale. Not the Victor's I remember.
